Couldn’t express my gratitude enough to all the team today for taking good care of my old car that is still somehow running.
Specially thanks to Shaun, who found the real issue of the car, explained everything to me really well, took time to show me what was wrong with it, and had a great gesture as well to polish the headlight of my car that were hazy.
It was a genuine great experience and a pleasure to go to a place that everyone seem very nice, lovely people and great professionals. 1000000% recommended. Definitely coming back anytime my car has any problem.
Took my car in today because I had a problem I thought was my suspension and upon the test drive they very professionally diagnosed a few problems that my car had down to things like a little rattle because my door card had some broken clips which I didn't know about so they gave me a very good idea of the condition of my vehicle even down to the tiny bits so you're paying for there experience and knowledge and honesty, I had to leave my car in there for a day and the next after noon before I gave the go ahead because I was trying to sort stuff out with the dealer as they had advertised warnty on the website through the process they was patient and also knocked a little bit of the bill at the end I could have got it done cheaper but I like the fact they diagnosed even the little things even without asking. Thanks guys!
Fantastic service and genuinely helpful people. We had a bit of a nightmare after collecting our VW Caravelle following a major repair and realised we’d accidentally overfilled the engine oil before leaving for a family holiday to France.
I rang up in a bit of a panic and they told us to bring it straight down. They squeezed us in immediately, removed the excess oil while we waited and refused to charge us.
It’s rare to come across that level of kindness and customer service these days. They could easily have charged us, but instead they just helped us out and got us safely on our way.
We really appreciated it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you again for saving the start of our holiday!

A huge thank you to Queens Park Garage! I popped in with an emergency! My cigarette lighter stopped working and I need it prior to serring off in a long journey! They did it straight away and Paul didn't even charge me ! I always use them as tgey are fantastic!Would thoroughly recommend.
Took my 22 year old car for an MOT today and it passed with flying colours. This is the first time I have personally been to a garage that is both welcoming and presentable. Outstanding, professional customer service from the owner and his colleagues. I will never use any other garage. I will be highly recommending QPG to friends and family.

My dashboard recently lit up like Christmas tree. I called Queens Park Garage and spoke to Paul, who have always been so helpful. Unfortunately, they were fully booked at the time, so put of desperation and time limits, I took my car elsewhere.
The other.garage changed asb wheel sensor - it didn't fix the fault. They then said it is the wheel bearing. My gut was telling me not to go ahead with the wheel bearing and call Paul back at Queens Park Garage.
I called Paul - very helpful, even though I didn't take the car there, Paul took the time to help. I booked.it in and got a day off work. Problem fixed!
It turned out to be a sensor fault and the other Garage fitted the wrong one. Thank you everyone at Queens Park Garage, top tier service!
Paul saved my life again I’ve been with out windows closing for 2 nights and I popped in to the garage and he came out with a smile to see the problem and with in 2 mins it’s sorted I can’t tell you how much I already date old school support no fuss no orobkenm just a smile x
