Absolutely 5 stars for Queen’s Park Garage. They fixed my Mercedes water pump properly after another garage failed to do so, and I’ve had zero issues since. In this heatwave my air conditioning stopped working, and Paul and the team sorted it on the spot, without even needing a booking. Always polite, friendly, reliable and genuinely helpful - highly recommend.
Best garage I have ever been to yesterday I went last minute and they still helped me out thank you so much guys, I will definitely recommend.
Amazing service from start to finish we couldn’t be happier with the friendly and professional service we received from Carl. Hi we got recovered to Queens Park Garage late at night and were needing to be put on the road the next morning by 9.We saw Paul the service manager at 7.30 and he said he would take a look first job for us . WOW that was so extremely helpful and such a great help to see if we would get our ferry from Poole.
Paul and the team had the car checked over and all ready for us to go by 9am !!!! To get out ferry.

Used this garage for the first time after seeing positive reviews. The service on my car was carried out quickly and I was informed of all of the optional work recommended that had been picked up, not once did I feel pressured into having these tasks carried out and all the questions I had were clearly explained. Will definitely be using this garage as my new regular place!
Not actually used them yet, but going by the really quick response to my email query, combined with the vast majority of reviews, I have no doubt I will be using them for my van service. Regards Phillip Southern
I had a bit of an emergency this morning due to another garage being very heavy handed opening my Ford focus bonnet, and pulling the whole bonnet lock out so it fell Out the bottom. I asked Queen’s Park garage if they could help , and they were so helpful, a chap called Alan ( I think) managed to get the lock open and reinstall the lock , more securely hopefully, he was friendly, courteous, and very quick and efficient, and they didn’t even charge me. Really kind and appreciated, so thank you guys , I will be back next time I need some work done. 🙏🏻
Thankyou so so much to Queens Park Garage especially Paul and the mechanic who fitted my new drivers seat. Took my car to Queens park Garage after my drivers adjustor knob on my seat went. Paul gave me good honest advice and said if i got the parts they would fit it for me. He could have taken it apart and charged me for it but he just gave me honest advice. Went today to get the seat fitted and from start to finish they were excellent. They didnt even charge me for it as it was a 10 minute job. They were so understanding too with my anxiety and never got cross with me for asking them lots of questions where other garages are short with me making my anxiety worse. Also a big shout out to Olivia who replied to my husbands emails about several things. She was quick and so friendly in her replies. This garage is amazing. The whole team should be very proud. I would always recommend Queens Park Garage to anyone looking for a honest garage and if i have any more problems in the future i wouldnt hestiate to go back. Would give 10 stars if i could.
