Very satisfied with the customer service at Queens Park Garage. The technicians are efficient and highly skilled, and the manager is very welcoming and hospitable. I had all wheel alignment done on my Nissan, and initially I was a bit unsatisfied with the results.
When I contacted the garage, they offered a free checkup and full service at a time convenient for me, without needing an appointment. Their after sales service was excellent, and the manager explained the service report clearly.
The garage is well-equipped with the latest technology and machinery. Very well-known and definitely one of the best in Bournemouth

Spoke to the garage regarding a noise coming from my engine,they booked me in the next day.Turned out to be a noisy water pump,fixed it on the same day ,car is lovely and quiet thanks to these guys.Would recommend these guys
I went to Queens Park Garage for front and rear wheel alignment. The staff were very friendly and the job was completed quickly, within the promised time. However, I found the price quite expensive (nearly £100), and unfortunately I didn’t notice much improvement afterwards. My car still has vibrations around 15–20mph and continues to pull slightly to the left.
While it’s one of the busiest and wellknown garages in the area, I feel they could have checked further or suggested additional work to properly resolve the issue
If only I could give more than 5 *. While on a family holiday the car started alerting us to an ‘oil sensor – take to workshop’ message. After phoning around numerous garages, QPG straight away asked me to bring the car in. They were clearly busy when we arrived, but Carl was an absolute super star. Not only did he provide a diagnostics test on the car, but he also drained the oil and did other thorough checks of the engine. It took 30 minutes out of his day and on top of that the garage didn’t charge me for this. I can’t thank them enough as we were travelling home the very next day and was worrying, we weren’t going to make it back. Thanks so much guys.
Cannot recommend enough. Encountered a very frustrating problem when charging a car battery on sister in laws car and did not have the tools or confidence to fix. I was properly stuck! I popped in on the off chance of help. Despite them clearly being busy they spent the time trying to problem solve. Despite that not working they then did a massive work around to fix the problem. 30 mins in all. Didn’t charge me as they didn’t use any parts and wanted to help. Don’t see enough of these business's these days
I have just moved to the area and found this garage very helpful with a fault which developed on my way home from work. (Coil spring casing became loose). The garage (Alex) had a look and rectified the problem immediately. Thank you
