After visiting two other garages over a course of two years, this garage was the only garage to actually fix the issues.While some might argue they are not the cheapest, I'd say the prices are reasonable and the quality of service is far better than the rest. Great service. I wanted a garage I could trust for my new car, so I visited QPG based on reviews. The staff were very friendly and answered every question I had, in good detail. Printed results of the wheel alignment provided and a good explanation of issues given. It was anticipated that a full 4 wheel alignment would be needed, but based on the results they only needed to do a front alignment. Honest, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable service given.
They were brilliant getting my car through its MOT. I booked the first garage that came up on a Google search and am so glad I stumbled on this one. They went out of their way to fit me in with repairs when I wanted to come back on a different day, even though they were clearly very busy. I was also surprised at how reasonable the cost was. Everyone I encountered both on the phone and the front desk was friendly and cheerful. I am relatively new to Bournemouth and was worried about finding a local garage I can trust, but I feel like I’ve struck gold here and won’t be going anywhere else. Do recommend.
