I highly recommend anyone to take their car to QPG. I have been a customer of theirs for many years now and cannot praise them highly enough. I changed my car a couple of years ago and I'm not used to them passing their MOTs, so when my current car did last week, the guys in the garage saw me jumping for joy! The MOT tester came out and then talked me through a couple of advisories and was so informative and helpful. Paul on the front desk is always very obliging and knowledgeable as well, so would thoroughly recommend anyone to use this garage.
Came in for a battery issue. Saw me straight away and it was an easy fix. Great service. I'll be bringing my car back for an MOT & Service.

I had a problem with Halfords fitting my lights and the manager kindly checked them out and adjusted them for free.

The only garage I trust! The team here are wonderful, with my first car I had an issue with a sensor, two other garages couldn't diagnose it, and another did but quoted an extortionate price, Queens park garage were confident on what the problem was, and quoted me half of what the other garage had!
I know nothing about cars and call them whenever I want something checked, more often than not they have seen me the same day and either fixed the problem or put my mind at ease.
The customer service is unmatched compared to previous garages I have been to... They are always so kind and will explain everything they are doing/need to do which is nice as in previous garages I have often been brushed off when asking questions.
Overall it is the only garage I would recommend.. brilliant customer service, clear communication and trustworthy.
I have always received very good, professional service for my car. But, today, my daughter arrives from 'up north' with a dud brake light. Paul (personally) fixes a replacement, while attending to half a dozen other matters at the same time. What a star, what a garage team!
