Each service level builds on the previous one and then adds extras that your car needs at different stages of its road life. The type of service you need depends on how much time has passed or how many miles you have done since your last service.
The 6
This is an oil and oil filter change, with the addition of setting your tyre pressures and correcting your TPMS system, topping up all your under-bonnet levels, ensuring all your lighting is operational and visually inspect major components underneath the vehicle to ensure your car is safe and sound.
The 12
This is an annual service and inspection, that includes an engine oil and oil filter change, we also check the condition of the rest of the filters, Remove the wheels and inspect your brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrain, all pipes, hoses, cables, rubber gaiters, exhaust, check for any corrosion, and much more! This is ideally to be booked, alternating with ‘The 24’ service to keep your vehicle in the best possible condition.
The 24
A Major service and inspection, including an engine oil and oil filter change, and everything we do on ‘The 12’ service with the addition of replacement of all filters applicable, wiper blades, completely flush your brake fluid, carry out a complete diagnostic scan and provide you with a printout, replace your key battery, check, and sanitise your Air conditioning system and much more! We have built these service schedules to help you, our loyal customers, get the best value for money when bringing your car for a service.
The 6 is recommended if you are doing an annual mileage of around 6000 miles less or as an interim service if you are doing very high milage. The 12 is our standard annual service to be done every 10,000 to 12,000 miles. The 24 is recommended every 2 years with a 12 in between, however some of the checks on the 24 will vary in time and mileage requirements from manufacturer to manufacturer so please contact one of our team if your car is due for a service and we will happily guide you through the process and costs.
