I've been using Queens Park Garage since I moved to Bournemouth and could not recommend them more highly. Paul and the team are always so friendly, accommodating and professional. Very honest and trustworthy team who always make time for any concerns you have and they always do an excellent job with my service and MOT each year, keeping me updated if anything needs repairing and the cost it will be, speaking in understandable language (I know NOTHING about cars) about anything to be weary of that may need a repair in the future. I always feel like my car is safe and in good hands with this team and could not thank them enough for what they do!

First time I've used this garage but definitely not the last. Excellent service from start to finish. They collected my car and returned to their garage to perform an MOT. Although the car failed, the failures were repaired promptly and at a reasonable cost in my opinion. The car was returned all washed, which was unexpected and the gentlemen who delivered the car were polite and friendly, as was the gentleman who dealt with me from start to finish - excellent! I received excellent customer service from a very professional establishment - thank you, it was a pleasure and I'll be seeing you again!

Absolutely fantastic staff, they bend over backwards to accommodate you. Extremely lovely people. Very efficient and friendly service. Everything is explained and very honest and hard working. Price not over the top. Have always used them since we moved into the area and always will and would have no problem recommending them to anyone. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been going to Queens Park for years and couldn’t recommend them enough! They are always so friendly, professional and helpful. When your car is in for a service or MOT they will always keep you updated with the work needed/ cost for repairs to ensure you don’t get any shocks or unwanted surprises. For my last service they even took the trouble to clean my car - which was a very pleasant surprise! During COVID-19 I have also been super impressed with all the measures they’ve put in place to ensure the safety of all their customers and staff.

Had my headlight bulb changed today, on the nearside and behind the fuse box with very little space to work in. The mechanic did a fantastic job. I was really pleased with his perseverance.
